AI Facebook Comment Moderation & Auto‑Reply Tool

RYPL is an AI-powered Facebook comment moderation tool for organic posts and Facebook Ads. It automatically analyzes incoming comments, hides spam and toxic content, detects buying intent, and generates contextual replies using your product information and knowledge base.

It runs through the official Meta Graph API as a Meta Tech Provider, so the moderation happens the way the platform intends rather than through a browser automation that puts the account at risk.

What gets hidden, and what gets answered?

Spam and abuse come down; buyer questions get an answer.

Hidden by RYPL
Spam and scam linksFollower-farm promos and phishing links are hidden before your audience treats them as part of the thread.
Toxicity and abuseInsults and harassment aimed at your brand or at other commenters come down, so the comment section stays somewhere a buyer is willing to ask a question.
Competitor poachingComments pointing your paid traffic at someone else's store stop being free advertising on a post you paid for.
Answered by RYPL
Buying questionsPrice, sizing, shipping and availability questions are not moderation problems, they are buyers. Those get an answer instead of a hide.
In the commenter's languageThe language of each comment is detected automatically and the reply comes back in that same language.
From your product dataOn Pro and Ultra the reply draws on your knowledge base, so it says what your catalog says instead of guessing.

Moderation is only half the job. A comment section with no spam in it still loses sales if the questions in it go unanswered.

How does Facebook comment moderation work in Rypl?

Connect the Page, teach the agent, and it takes the comments from there.

  1. 1

    Connect the Page

Sign in at app.rypl.is and connect your Facebook Page through Meta OAuth. Nothing scrapes pages or drives a browser in the background.

  2. 2

    Teach the agent

Set your brand voice and upload your product information, FAQs or website. The agent answers from what you gave it instead of guessing.

  3. 3

    It moderates and replies

Every new comment on your organic posts and your ads is classified in about 1.7 seconds. Spam is hidden; a buyer's question gets a contextual reply in under a minute.

  4. 4

    You keep the last word

Every action is visible and reversible. Rewrite any reply before or after it posts, or take the whole thread over yourself.

Buying-intent detection and the knowledge base are on the Pro and Ultra plans. Spam and toxicity moderation, auto-replies and multiple Pages are on every plan, including Simple.

Does it moderate Facebook Ads or only Page posts?

Both, on every plan.

Most moderation tools grew out of social media management, where the unit of work is a scheduled post. Rypl started from the ad comment, where every comment sits under traffic you have already paid for. That changes what the tool has to be good at: it reads the creative the comment reacts to, then answers the person who is about to buy before they go looking somewhere else. The same agent handles your organic posts, so you are not running two systems with two brand voices.

The cost of leaving ad comments unmanaged is measured, not assumed: our Meta Ads ROAS benchmarks collect the third-party numbers.

How is AI moderation different from keyword rules?

A keyword filter matches words you predicted; Rypl reads the whole thread and decides.

 Rule-based toolsRypl
How a comment is judgedMatches a keyword list you maintain by handReads the comment, the post it sits under and the thread around it
Misspelled or coded spamPasses if the word is not on the listClassified on meaning, so new phrasing does not need a new rule
A buyer's questionLeft for a human, or answered with a canned lineAnswered from your knowledge base, in the commenter's language
Facebook Ads commentsOften organic-only, or a separate paid add-onOrganic posts and ad comments on the same plan
